Tempo, time signature, colors, setlists, sound choice, audio offset, footswitch mappings — stored locally on your device using Android's DataStore. They never leave the device, except possibly via Android's own system backup if you have that enabled (see "Backups" below).

Ableton Link networking (only if you enable Ableton Link)

When enabled, the app participates in a peer-to-peer session on your local Wi-Fi network to synchronize tempo with other Link-enabled applications. The network traffic contains:

• A random session identifier generated per app launch
• The current tempo (BPM)
• Timing data for beat alignment

It does not contain your name, email, device identifier, location, or any other personal data. Network traffic stays inside your local Wi-Fi network — nothing is sent to Ableton's servers or to ours.

Bluetooth band sync (only if you enable Bluetooth Sync / band mode)

When enabled, the app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to discover and connect to other nearby devices running this app, so a band can share one tempo and meter. The exchanged data contains only:

• A random session identifier generated per app launch
• Tempo, time signature, accents, and the current song title

It does not contain your name, email, contacts, precise location, or any other personal data, and nothing is sent to the internet. Bluetooth scanning is declared with the "neverForLocation" flag, meaning the app does not and cannot use Bluetooth to derive your location.

Chord PDF scan recognition (only if you convert a scan)

The PDF image and recognized text are processed entirely on your device by Google ML Kit and are not sent to Google or to us. Google Play services downloads and updates the OCR model. ML Kit sends encrypted technical metrics such as device/app information, identifiers, performance, API configuration, input/output sizes, feature events and error codes to Google for diagnostics and usage analytics; Google states that these metrics are not shared with third parties. Instellingen

Tempo, maatsoort, kleuren, setlists, geluidskeuze, audio-offset, footswitch-koppelingen — lokaal opgeslagen op je apparaat via Android's DataStore. Ze verlaten het apparaat nooit, behalve mogelijk via Android's eigen systeemback-up als je die hebt ingeschakeld (zie "Back-ups" hieronder).

Indien ingeschakeld neemt de app deel aan een peer-to-peer-sessie op je lokale Wi-Fi-netwerk om het tempo te synchroniseren met andere Link-apps. Het netwerkverkeer bevat:

• Een willekeurige sessie-identifier, per app-start gegenereerd
• Het huidige tempo (BPM)
• Timingdata voor het uitlijnen van de tellen

Het bevat niet je naam, e-mail, apparaat-identifier, locatie of andere persoonsgegevens. Het netwerkverkeer blijft binnen je lokale Wi-Fi-netwerk — er wordt niets naar Ableton's servers of die van ons verstuurd.

Bluetooth-bandsync (alleen als je Bluetooth-sync / bandmodus inschakelt)

Indien ingeschakeld gebruikt de app Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) om andere apparaten in de buurt met deze app te vinden en ermee te verbinden, zodat een band één tempo en maatsoort kan delen. De uitgewisselde data bevat alleen:

• Een willekeurige sessie-identifier, per app-start gegenereerd
• Tempo, maatsoort, accenten en de huidige songtitel

Het bevat niet je naam, e-mail, contacten, nauwkeurige locatie of andere persoonsgegevens, en er wordt niets naar internet verstuurd. De Bluetooth-scan is gemarkeerd met de "neverForLocation"-vlag, wat betekent dat de app Bluetooth niet kan gebruiken om je locatie af te leiden.

Scanherkenning van akkoorden-pdf's (alleen als je een scan converteert)

De pdf-afbeelding en herkende tekst worden volledig op je toestel verwerkt door Google ML Kit en worden niet naar Google of naar ons verstuurd. Google Play-services downloadt en actualiseert het OCR-model. ML Kit verstuurt versleutelde technische gegevens, zoals toestel-/app-informatie, identifiers, prestaties, API-configuratie, invoer-/uitvoergrootte, functiegebeurtenissen en foutcodes, naar Google voor diagnostiek en gebruiksanalyse; Google stelt dat deze gegevens niet met derden worden gedeeld.
